- Full payment is needed to confirm your booking.
- Unpaid reservations are not guaranteed and may be given to other players.
- No cancellations, rebooking, or refunds once confirmed.

- Pickle Patch is not responsible for any injuries, lost items, or damages incurred during play.
- All participants play at their own risk.
- If the court is unplayable due to weather conditions or blackouts, Pickle Patch will issue a refund

- Keep the area clean and tidy — dispose of trash properly.
- Avoid dragging chairs or heavy items that might damage the court surface.
- No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or pets inside the court area.
- Comfort room courtesy! Keep it neat and dry for the next player
- Keep noise levels reasonable.
- Respect your playtime. End on time and make room for the next players.
